Ana Karina (Nina) has always enjoyed style & art.  She's originally from Cali, Colombia, and moved to Dallas, TX in the late 80's with her family.  After high school, she pursued her interest in fashion & design at Wade College where she received her Associates Degree in Fashion Merchandising & Interior Design. 

Young, single, and with a desire to see the world, Ana Karina joined American Airlines where she worked as an International Flight Attendant for 20 years, meeting & helping people from around the world reach their destinations.  In 2003, while living in Miami, Ana Karina began spending more of her spare time developing her passion for real estate when she wasn't flying.  Over the years she has helped many clients, friends, and family with their real estate investments, and ultimately accumulated a portfolio of her own.  Now she has 2 decades of experience in real estate, with a strong desire to help others, that she'd love to put to work for you.  In her time off she enjoys traveling with her husband & 2 daughters, yoga & zumba.
